This is a 3‑month contract position supporting the Office Services (Leasing) team in Singapore, with a focus on market intelligence collection, data management, and on‑ground building research across the commercial office market. The role provides hands‑on exposure to market fundamentals and is well suited for candidates who enjoy a mix of desk‑based work and field activity.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Data Management (In‑Office – ~50%)

  • Input and maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate market data related to commercial office buildings across Singapore
  • Research and compile information on:
    • Estimated office floor areas and building specifications
    • Tenant occupancy and tenant mix
    • Landlord and property management contact details obtained through online and public sources
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates of internal databases
  • Support the Office Services team with market intelligence and basic research requirements

 

Field Research & Building Intelligence (On‑Site – ~50%)

  • Conduct building floor sweeps across the city’s commercial office buildings
  • Gather on‑the‑ground intelligence including:
    • Available office space and vacancy indicators
    • Tenant signage and occupancy by floor
    • Overall quality, positioning, and condition of buildings
    • Any notable observations relevant to leasing, tenant movement, or building performance
  • Provide concise summaries and insights from site visits to inform advisory and leasing activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and managing databases
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry will be advantageous
  • Good time management and attention to details
