Job Description
Role Overview
The Analyst will support the Office Services Transaction Team in preparing client pitches, conducting market research, and performing financial and data analysis. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate consulting and office leasing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Pitches & Consulting Support
- Support preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Assist in tailoring pitch materials based on client requirements and industry context
- Maintain internal best-practice tools, pitch templates, and case study repositories
Financial & Analytical Support
- Support lease cash flow modeling and comparative analysis of real estate options
- Assist in preparation of occupancy cost models and financial summaries
- Develop structured Excel-based analysis to support client decision-making
Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct secondary and primary research on office markets, occupiers, developers, and industries
- Track rentals, vacancy, absorption, new supply, and transaction activity
- Monitor government incentives, infrastructure developments, and regulatory updates relevant to occupiers
Data Management & Automation
- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases
- Support data cleaning, validation, and analysis for dashboards and reports
- Use analytical tools to identify trends and insights supporting business development
Internal & Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with transaction managers, research, and other internal teams
- Support multi-city and cross-border mandates through coordinated data collection
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI/Tableau exposure is a plus)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
- Curiosity about real estate markets and consulting work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Prior internship or exposure to consulting, real estate, analytics, or research is a plus
