As a Team Assistant within our Occupier Services team, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, helping to keep our team connected, organised, and set up for success. From coordinating activities and supporting key business processes to contributing to team culture and engagement, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for both colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

The Value You'll Add

As our Team Assistant, you'll help keep our team running smoothly by:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Occupier Services team across multiple locations.
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, calendars, and team communications.
  • Supporting the delivery of team events, initiatives, and workplace culture activities.
  • Assisting with onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining team records and registers.
  • Managing office administration, supplier relationships, and operational processes to ensure an efficient workplace.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver exceptional support to internal stakeholders.

What You’ll bring

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, reception, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative and learn new systems.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new technology platforms
