Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional building operations, tenant experiences, and asset performance. As part of our broader Real Estate Management division, you will oversee the facilities management function across one main asset in St Leonards, as well as travel to North Sydney and CBD.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and service providers while driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and identifying opportunities to enhance the sustainability and long-term performance of our clients' assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all properties remain compliant with relevant regulations while maintaining high engineering and operational standards across the portfolio.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and presentation of the assets, including maintenance, essential services, contractor performance, security, and workplace safety.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and the overall facilities management offering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor operating expenditure, assist with budget management, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiencies.
  • Oversee facilities management systems and ensure the accuracy and integrity of asset-related data and records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Facilities Management, Building Management, or a similar role within a commercial property environment.
  • A strong customer and client service mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders.
