Job Description

We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team in our Sydney CBD office. This key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of the allocated property portfolio on behalf of our clients.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing the presentation, maintenance and compliance of their property portfolio.
  • Building and maintaining close relationships with the client and tenants of the assets.
  • Assist the client with the leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy level.
  • Preparation of all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation.
  • Proactively managing the income and expenditure, as well as the financial reporting requirements for the client.
  • Supervision of tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectives.
  • Communicate frequently with the client and all tenants and provide timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of the management of the property.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in Office / Industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology.
  • Valid Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License. 
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends.
  • Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
