Now we’re expanding and looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Manager in Latvia to help us grow our client base.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact with future clients – creating interest and opening doors for our sales team.
- Make outbound B2B calls using high-quality company databases.
- Quickly capture attention and communicate our value proposition.
- Identify business needs and spark interest in our solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings for sales colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll thrive in this role if you are energetic, persuasive and enjoy speaking with business clients.
- Excellent phone communication skills – confident, clear and engaging.
- Fluent Latvian and English (spoken & written).
- Russian language skills (nice to have).
- Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Self-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales or customer service.
- Interest in B2B services / finance / risk management.
- Higher education (completed or in progress).
