Job Description

You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide tech stack, from industry-standard technologies like Java, .NET, and Python, to the latest advancements in AI tools and technologies. This is your opportunity to build skills that matter and work on solutions that make a real impact.

As a student in practice, you will:  

  • be integrated into projects and contribute directly to ongoing workflows within the company.  
  • work with industry-standard programming languages and frameworks, and get hands-on involvement in Artificial Intelligence initiatives, from developing to implementing intelligent solutions. 

Throughout the experience, dedicated mentors and a collaborative team will support your growth and help you find your footing from day one. 

Qualifications

As an eligible candidate for this program, you must be: 

  • based in Cluj-Napoca and available to work on-site at our office a minimum of 80% of the scheduled working hours throughout the duration of the program. 
  • currently enrolled at one of our partner universities — Babeș-Bolyai University or Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. 
  • in your 2nd or 3rd year of a Bachelor's degree program, or enrolled in a Master's degree program that includes a mandatory practice discipline as part of their curriculum. 
  • pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field relevant to software development. 
  • very good command of both Romanian and English languages.

We're looking for a curious and motivated individual with foundational programming knowledge and a genuine interest in AI and data-driven technologies. Someone who communicates clearly, thrives in a team, and approaches challenges with an analytical, problem-solving mindset. 

Additional Information

  • Starting date: July 2026
  • Location: Cluj-Napoca
  • 6 weeks, full time, hybrid (80% on site and 20% online)
  • Application deadline: 20th of April 2026
  • The program is conducted under a formal practice agreement between COERA and the partner university, making it fully eligible to fulfil the mandatory practice requirements of your academic curriculum. 
  • Based on your performance and the potential you demonstrate, you may be considered for collaboration through a scholarship contract or other opportunities within the company.
