Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our dynamic and growing team at Cloud4Wi.  You will have the mission-critical responsibility to clearly explain the product, articulate our unique benefits and technical differentiators.  The Technical Product Marketing Manager must have a deep technical knowledge of our solution and how it’s used by our customers, together with the ability to clearly articulate both technical differentiators and benefits. The position will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with the company’s product, sales, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for the Cloud4Wi product suite, while also defining value proposition and messaging/positioning
  • Write detailed technical product description and brochures for our product solutions
  • Produce and maintain structured technical use cases and case studies to strongly showcase our strengths
  • Create and maintain technical whitepapers, presentations, technical articles, and detailed reports for our executive team
  •  Enable the Sales team by keeping them updated on the product portfolio and develop sales-enablement kits that supports the selling process
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the market, customer challenges, and competitive solutions to effectively position Cloud4Wi as the desirable solution
  • Help gather and distill feedback from clients and partners about our current product suite and identify new market opportunities, serving as the voice of the customer to our Product team
  •  Evangelize our products and solutions with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Qualifications

  •  Prior experience as a Technical Product Marketing Manager is a must
  •  Experience working for a B2B SaaS-based technology startup is a plus
  •  Bachelor's degree from a top tier school
  • Exceptional communications skills and a passion for writing
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
