Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cloud4Wi is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy individual to build upon the success of its rapidly expanding growth in an exciting market. You will work closely with hundreds of businesses and ensure they have a great experience with the Cloud4Wi solution. This customer-facing role will expose you to a diverse group of teams within Cloud4Wi – including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management-- providing endless opportunities for career growth in a fun, challenging, and fast-growing work environment.

The opportunity

The incoming resource will play an important role, working with the business team to expand the company business with our sales organization and Customer Success and Service Team. Cloud4Wi is the perfect environment for the new talent to have a significant impact and be highly successful.

Responsibilities

·        Act as the product subject matter expert, thoroughly understanding products, features, functions, and benefits for customers, to support pre-sales and post- sales processes.

·        Understand customer technical requirements to speed-up implementation for Proof of Concept and On-Boarding process.

·        Ability to manage all functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs to support our Sales and Customer Success team.

·        Serve as the trusted point of contact for Cloud4Wi’s portfolio of customers, beginning from the point of sale and extending through onboarding, project success, and renewals.

·        Contribute to product development by communicating customer feedback and initial impressions to the Product Management and Marketing team.

·        Contribute to expanding Create product documentation for the internal and external adoption team.

·        Proactively engage each account to ensure that every Cloud4Wi functionality and offering is being leveraged, maximizing the value of each Cloud4Wi subscription.

·        Execute professional services to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment.

·        Provides training, support and manages escalations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

·        Master’s degree in engineering, Electronics or Telecommunications.

·        Must have a minimum 5 - years of product consulting experience.

·        Must have a minimum 5 - years of SaaS solution.

·        Deep and comprehensive understanding of networking technology and the ability to develop strong technical knowledge of company products.

·        A strong understanding of wireless technologies is highly desirable.

·        Be a wireless subject matter expert for customers when necessary to answer technical questions about integration of platform.

·        Great ability to work in a team to understand who in the company to push sales activities.

·        Proven track record of 5 years in a Sales technical role (solutions architect, systems engineer, sales engineer, etc.).

·        Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities.

·        Experience with Analytics and Engagement products will be considered a plus.

·        2-3+ years of direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales support, or equivalent experience in professional services, project management or account management functions in Fortune 1000, mid-tier, and/or start-up companies.

·        Natural proactive nature works to curb reactive behaviors and go above and beyond the call of duty but approaches all situations empathetically and patiently.

·        Strong technical skills that allow for ease when guiding customers through technical processes.

·        Ability to understand customer requirements, identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen penetration of Cloud4WI solution within the customer environment.

·        Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in the development and closure of sales opportunities is preferred.

·        Highly data-driven with a commitment to the process. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio.
