Leading Retail company is looking to bring a Business analyst.

• Consolidating daily sales information located within two different databases into Microsoft Access

• Sales Projections based off of LY Actuals

• Maintaining data integrity of traffic database

• Assist in the Reconciliation of Capex Budget Sheets

• Assist in populating monthly discussion and analysis packages for executive team

• Maintain forecast and extrapolation templates

• Daily Population of FP/MD database

• Income statement analysis against LY, Forecast and Budget

• Ad Hoc reporting (requested by Controller, CFO, or Headquarters)

• Lawson, Hyperion experience a plus

• Intermediate to advance excel (v-lookups, pivots, index/match, indirect/offset)

• Beginner Power Point (Linked Worksheet Objects)

• Great communication skills

• Ability to be flexible to meet tight deadlines

• Works well under pressure

• Team work oriented

• Bilingual English/French a plus

• Microsoft Access experience a plus

• 1 - 2 years of finance experience

65-75k plus bonus
