Job Description

•            Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs of the business.

•            Pre-screen resumes of applicants.

•            Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder and Monster.

•            Conduct an initial phone screen and refers qualified and interested candidates to hiring managers.

•            Extend job offers to candidates that the company is interested in.

Qualifications

•            5+ years corporate or agency recruiting experience

•            Some supervisory experience

•            Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems 

Additional Information

$85K plus bonus
