The candidate will work closely with Project Managers (PMs), internal teams, and PEG leadership to translate technical and programmatic information into clear, visually engaging content, while assisting in the maintenance of templates, internal tools, and reporting materials. The role also includes occasional documentation of field outreach through photography and short-form video content

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in graphic design for print and digital platforms, developing templates or visual systems, prototyping creative outreach tools, or producing photography and video content. An interest in exploring innovative public engagement methods, including interactive tools, digital landing pages, branded items, or pilot campaign materials, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who values attention to detail, can manage multiple projects, and is eager to contribute creative ideas to enhance outreach effectiveness. An ability to research emerging trends in visual communication and public engagement is also valued.

Preferred Skills:
Strong graphic design skills, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools. Experience designing across print, digital, and interactive formats. Understanding of branding, accessibility standards, and design systems. Ability to translate creative direction into effective outputs.
