💙 Bengali-speaking Community Support Workers

MiHomecare | Bethnal Green and surrounding E1 & E2 areas

A people person? Get paid to make someone’s day.

A friendly conversation. A familiar face. A helping hand that gives someone the confidence to do more for themselves.

At MiHomecare, part of City & County Healthcare Group, we’re recruiting male and female Community Support Workers who speak Bengali to support people in their own homes.

Whether you already work in care or are looking for a fresh start, bring your kindness and people skills—we’ll help you build the confidence and knowledge to succeed.

🏡 Help people stay independent in the place they call home

Community care means getting to know people, understanding their routines and supporting their choices. From helping someone get ready for the day to preparing a meal or offering reassurance, your work will make a difference they can feel.

For these vacancies, effective spoken Bengali is essential to meet the communication needs of the people you’ll support. You’ll use it to understand their wishes, explain their care and help them feel heard.

We welcome applications from people of all genders and backgrounds who meet the role’s requirements.

📍 Where you’ll work

You’ll support people in their own homes across Bethnal Green, Shadwell, Tower Hill, Wapping and Haggerston.

No driving licence or vehicle is required, but you must be able to travel reliably between clients’ homes.
