European Operations Manager (Customer Service focus) – Electronics Manufacturer

Company Description

My client is one of the biggest household names in electronics. Their products are sold on a global scale hitting record revenue figures for the past two quarters. They are seeking a new Operations Manager to manage the customer services across all European entities. This will be a challenging position that will require occasional travel across Europe, and responsibility for an Internal Auditor. 

Job Description

You will be responsible for producing customer services operation reports on a weekly basis for different business hubs, and present training to subsidiary personnel at all levels in audit and process principles. You will manage the internal and external auditing, performing operational audits of service centres investigating technical aspects and integrity processes. You will assume overall responsibility of planning and audits and ensuring their successful completion, and presentation to senior management.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of process and quality, ideally with a relevant BSI certification (e.g. ISO 9001). You should have several years of audit experience within a major industrial company and have previous experience of presentation to senior management within the business. English is the only language requirement, but any other European languages would be a bonus.
