Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven District Manager to join our organization in Englewood, United States. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee multiple locations within your district, driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and team performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic vision, decisive leadership, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within the assigned district, ensuring consistency in service quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability across all district locations
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing management and staff teams; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to foster professional growth
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Manage district budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability while maintaining service excellence
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess operational performance, staff engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including corporate leadership, local partners, and community organizations
- Implement company policies, procedures, and best practices across all district locations
- Lead performance reviews and talent management initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Respond to operational challenges and resolve complex issues with decisiveness and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a district or multi-unit management role - Required
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational performance
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities; proficiency in analyzing data and KPIs
- Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to make decisive decisions under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting software, and budget management tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or similar multi-location environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and revenue optimization strategies (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required to travel to properties and within the district as needed
Additional Information
Properties: Reserve at Castle Highlands ( 200 units), Reserve at South Creek (168 units), Centennial East (160 units)
Pay Range: $90,000-$95,000 per year
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am- 5pm)
