Job Description
Role Overview
As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects and programs that align engineering delivery with strategic business objectives. You will partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define long-term roadmaps, proactively manage risks and dependencies and scale agile and lean delivery practices across R&D. You will also contribute to organizational transformation initiatives, helping teams adopt and evolve practices for predictable, high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
Drive and manage end-to-end delivery of projects and programs within R&D, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely execution
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Commercial teams to translate product roadmaps and OKRs into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones, risk management and dependency mapping
Promote agile ways of working and Lean delivery practices, fostering a culture of Kaizen-style continuous improvement to help teams deliver value more effectively
Define and evolve meaningful metrics and KPIs that track delivery performance, guide decisions and continuously raise the quality of outcomes
Maintain operational discipline in delivery practices (e.g. Jira hygiene, estimation, forecasting, reporting) to improve predictability and transparency
Facilitate effective communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity on goals, priorities and progress
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability and shared learning by leading knowledge-sharing sessions within the TPM team and embedding good program management practices across R&D
Qualifications
Proven track record of driving and delivering complex technical programs and projects from inception to launch in agile environments
Empathy for users and their needs, ensuring that delivery balances speed and quality to create solutions that solve customer problems
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams with strong critical thinking and thought leadership
Exceptional organizational, coordination and multi-tasking abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset to improve delivery practices at scale
Experience building strong working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams in global, distributed environments
Strong technical literacy with SaaS platforms, APIs and modern cloud architectures, enabling meaningful contributions to delivery and product decisions
