The MSP Program Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives that support the growth and operational excellence of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) business. This role serves as the central point of coordination for internal MSP programs, ensuring priorities established by leadership are translated into well-organized, cross-functional execution plans. 

Working across a highly matrixed organization, the MSP Program Manager partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Enablement, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to orchestrate key go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and program deliverables. This is a highly collaborative, internally focused role that requires exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills.

• Partner with MSP leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. 

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional MSP programs, with a strong emphasis on go-to-market initiatives. 

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. 

• Coordinate activities across multiple internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with program objectives. 

• Facilitate recurring program meetings, document decisions, track action items, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership. 

• Identify potential roadblocks and proactively drive resolution by working with cross-functional partners. 

• Establish program governance, reporting, and operational rhythms that improve visibility and execution. 

• Monitor program health through key performance indicators, status reporting, and executive dashboards. 

• Continuously improve program management processes, documentation, and collaboration across the MSP organization. 

• Support leadership with strategic planning, initiative tracking, and operational execution. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

• 3+ years of program management, project management, operations, or business management experience. 

• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives. 

• Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct management authority. 

• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities. 

• Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira, Microsoft Teams, or similar). 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
