Role Summary

This role sits within the Revenue Analytics, Forecasting, and Planning team and partners with APAC Sales and global stakeholders to drive strategic insights, AI-enabled decision-making, and sales excellence. The role focuses on using advanced analytics to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support revenue growth across the organization. It also contributes to process optimization, planning discipline, and scalable sales operations. A clear JD should reflect the role’s purpose, scope, and key outcomes in concise, action-oriented language.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with APAC Sales and cross-functional teams to support revenue strategy, planning, and performance management.
  • Lead advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
  • Use AI and capabilities to improve analysis, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Support revenue forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline health as part of a broader strategic planning remit.
  • Simplify and optimize processes, cadences, and reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders, business unit leaders, and operational teams to improve execution.
  • Support and lead global initiatives that strengthen sales best practices, consistency, and scale.

 

Qualifications

Desired Background

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with AI tools and applying AI in business workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to build repeatable processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA

Preferred Skills

 

  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Exposure to AI tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Clari, Anaplan, Power BI, Snowflake, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong project management capability.
  • Ability to understand and explain how processes and systems connect.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy.
  • Experience working across time zones.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
