We’re seeking a Global Revenue Operations Project manager to join our Revenue Operations Projects team.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, action-oriented professional with a strategic mindset, capable of managing cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success (Post-Sales), and Overlay teams.

This role focuses on improving alignment, processes, and end-to-end sales execution across the organization.

Job Description

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle:

  • Lead cross-functional projects connecting Sales, Customer Success (Post-Sales), and Overlay teams.
  • Drive end-to-end process alignment across the customer journey, from opportunity to renewal and expansion.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in business flows and propose scalable solutions.
  • Act as a central liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Operations, IT, and other internal teams.
  • Facilitate coordination across teams to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and execution.
  • Support the definition and implementation of standardized processes, governance models, and best practices.
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and success criteria for key initiatives.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from business teams to continuously improve processes and collaboration.
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide clear status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

 

  • 3–4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional project management.
  • Deep understanding of business processes across Sales and Post-Sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (Must).
  • Experience in process design, documentation, and optimization (e.g., process mapping, business requirements) (Must).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA (Advantage).
