Your Impact & Responsibilities
About the Role
As Country Manager Germany, you will hold full responsibility for the strategic and operational performance of Check Point’s business in one of our most important EMEA markets. You will play a critical role in driving growth, expanding market share, and strengthening our position as a leading cybersecurity provider.
You will lead the local organization while partnering closely with regional and global leadership to execute our strategy in a highly competitive market.
Job Description
Business & Strategy Ownership:
- Develop and execute the national sales and growth strategy for Germany
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion
- Own full Country responsibility, including forecasting and budget management
Sales Leadership & Execution:
- Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing Sales and Channel teams
- Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and accurate forecasting
- Ensure disciplined execution against revenue targets and KPIs
Customer & Partner Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders at C-level
- Expand strategic partnerships and strengthen the channel ecosystem
- Support key deals and executive engagement in strategic accounts
Market Development & Positioning:
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Refine and localize go-to-market strategies
Leadership & Stakeholder Management :
- Act as the primary representative of Check Point in Germany
- Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership teams
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums
Qualifications
Your Knowledge & Skills
- Proven leadership experience in the IT or cybersecurity industry, ideally in a Country Manager or senior Sales Leadership role
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of the German enterprise and public sector market and customer landscape
- Experience managing complex, matrixed, and international organizations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and managing large strategic account deals
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
