Full job description
Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and maintain a pipeline of talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in offer letter creation and onboarding new hires.
HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- General Administration:
- Support day-to-day office operations and handle vendor management.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and team-building activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master/ Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.
