Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Senior Social Media Associate to oversee the entire social media ecosystem of Cermati Fintech Group (CFG). In this role, you will be fully responsible for crafting multi-entity content strategies, leading an internal team, managing agency performance, and ensuring that all brand communications remain aspirational, consistent, and fully compliant with financial industry regulations.

Job Description
1. Strategy & Content Development

  • Formulate, plan, and execute short-term (monthly) and long-term (semi-annual) social media content strategies for all CFG entities (Cermati, Indodana Finance, and Indodana Fintech).
  • Develop robust content and communication strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Threads.
  • Ensure all social media content is aspirational, effectively conveys the brand message, maintains brand consistency, and strictly adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all published content complies with financial industry regulations (regulator-compliant).

2. Team Leadership & Agency Management

  • Lead, direct, and develop the competencies of internal social media team members in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
  • Manage, evaluate, and hold accountability for the performance of partner social media agencies to ensure maximum efficiency and high-quality output.

3. Campaign, Talent & Crisis Coordination

  • Coordinate talent selection for social media video production, covering both in-house talent and agency-vetted talent.
  • Ensure 100% timeliness in supporting various marketing campaigns across all CFG entities.
  • Proactively monitor and swiftly coordinate the mitigation of potential social media crises (crisis management) to protect the reputation of all CFG accounts.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze organic social media growth and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Evaluate how social media metrics contribute to overall brand sentiment and business growth.

 

Qualifications

Job Requirements (Qualifications)

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Communication. (Experience in Fintech, Banking, or other heavily regulated financial industries is a huge plus).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading a small team (people management) and managing third-party partners (agency management).
  • Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of current algorithms, trends, and features across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, etc.).
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in reading social media analytics (Engagement Rate, Reach, Sentiment Analysis) and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Regulatory Awareness: High sensitivity toward public communication and understanding of legal/regulatory boundaries within the financial sector (e.g., OJK/BI regulations).
  • Additional Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and coordination skills under minimal supervision, with a high responsiveness to potential crisis situations.
