Job Description

  • Develop Learning & Development strategies and programs that support the achievement of the company’s business objectives.
  • Build a modern learning ecosystem that drives employee engagement through blended learning approaches and the digitalization of learning platforms.
  • Design comprehensive competency-based learning curricula and lead initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Lead the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process to identify skill gaps and anticipate future competency requirements.
  • Design, develop, and manage the end-to-end implementation of learning and development programs.
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of learning programs through evaluation, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Integrate talent management, career development, and succession planning programs through relevant learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage the Learning & Development budget effectively and in line with approved plans.
  • Lead, develop, and enhance the capabilities and performance of the internal Learning & Development team.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree (S2) will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development (L&D), or Organization Development.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Experience in the fintech industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management and budget management capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of modern learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficient in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
  • Experienced in delivering and facilitating training programs, workshops, and learning sessions.
