Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end procurement processes. Initially, your main focus will be on IT procurement, but as our business needs evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to support and take ownership of other procurement areas as well. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization, lead sourcing and negotiations, build strong supplier relationships, and help us continuously improve the way we approach procurement. We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial skills with a proactive, hands-on approach and is comfortable adapting to changing priorities and business needs.

Daily responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes across a variety of indirect spend categories, with a primary focus on IT procurement (including software, hardware, SaaS, IT services, cloud solutions, and technology-related services) while also supporting other business areas such as administration, workplace/facilities, professional services, and other corporate spend categories.
  • Manage procurement activities based on evolving business needs and priorities, demonstrating the flexibility to work across both IT and non-IT categories.
  • Drive competitive sourcing initiatives (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and recommend the best sourcing approach for each business need.
  • Independently negotiate commercial terms, pricing, with suppliers across multiple procurement categories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, driving supplier performance and continuous improvement.
  • Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals, supplier consolidation, and commercial risk management.
  • Lead procurement workstreams within cross-functional projects and maintain ongoing, day-to-day collaboration with stakeholders across different departments, including IT, Administration, Finance, Legal, Security, and other business functions. Ensure procurement activities are delivered on time, address business needs, and comply with company policies and processes.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes, tools, and best practices while promoting a strategic, data-driven approach to purchasing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, with strong experience in indirect procurement and significant hands-on exposure to IT procurement.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to independently negotiate contracts, pricing models, and commercial terms.
  • Experience managing procurement activities across multiple indirect spend categories and the ability and willingness to support both IT and non-IT purchasing needs.
  • Solid understanding of contract management and commercial risk assessment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of diverse procurement needs - from complex IT sourcing projects to more operational and administrative purchases.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Native-level Polish and fluent English, both written and spoken.
