Pay: $20 an Hour

Location: New Jersey

Hours: Monday - Friday (10am - 4pm)

Our Retail Managers make an incredible impact everyday - on our customers, our teams and our company.  They lead, guide, teach, merchandise, sell, process shipment, inspire, manage product, replenish, solve problem and more. They are truly the heart beat of the company.

Job Duties Include but are not limited to;

• Manage inventory, record sales, keep operating records, and prepare the record of transactions for corporate as needed.
• Resolves any complaints and inquiries from clients and customers
• Coordinate ordering of merchandise or prepares requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand.
• Facilitate customer orders. 
• Execute retail activations as authorized and directed by the corporate office.
• Oversee display merchandising.
• Keeps team members up to date with any policy & procedure updates
• Assist with payroll management

• High school diploma/GED required
• Demonstrated math, reading & writing skills
• Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills that yield results.
• Effective communication style with all levels of an organization including store employees
• Strong computer experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
