Job Description
What you’ll be doing
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage relationships across some of our largest automotive dealer groups, partnering with up to 150 dealers to drive engagement, product adoption and long-term customer success.
You’ll be out in the field as well as working virtually with dealers, using data and insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges and help customers get the most from their SaaS subscriptions. You’ll work closely with Enterprise Account Managers, Account Executives and Onboarding teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while identifying opportunities for growth and re-engagement.

You’ll
- Own and grow relationships across a portfolio of enterprise automotive dealers
- Use data and insights to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Drive product adoption, best practice and customer engagement
- Deliver compelling reporting and insights to dealer stakeholders
- Identify subscription uplift and advertising opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to support onboarding, renewals and customer growth
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Someone who is customer-obsessed, commercially savvy, highly organised and confident engaging with senior dealer stakeholders. Automotive, SaaS or technology experience is a big plus.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and business owners
- A commercial mindset, with an ability to identify growth, retention and upsell opportunities
- Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to turn customer data into clear, actionable insights
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a large portfolio and stay ahead of customer needs
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- A genuine customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term partnerships
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, field-based role, managing priorities across multiple customers
- Experience in automotive, digital advertising or SaaS would be highly regarded
