Job Description
What you’ll do:
We are seeking a Delivery Lead, on a 24-month fixed term contract, with the responsibility to oversee enterprise-level projects with a focus on a CRM/ERP program. You will work in close collaboration with our commercial business lines, finance, technology, and product teams, to deliver multiple ERP Implementations across the USA, South Korea and Chile. You will also assist with aligning our systems with the global strategy for Artificial Intelligence.
- Guide teams in implementing scrum framework with sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives and other events.
- Assist the NetSuite and Salesforce teams to break down complex projects into actionable user stories and development tasks.
- Track progress to ensure timely delivery across sprints and releases.
- Identify and remove team impediments and dependencies.
- Manage governance documentation related to the various ERP implementation projects, in SharePoint.
- Assist the system team leads with resource planning, pipeline planning and stakeholder management.
- Manage and develop relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- A strong communicator who can articulate vision and priorities clearly to ensure alignment.
- Experience with rolling out change into organisations (people and process).
- ERP implementation and integration experience; NetSuite and Salesforce highly desirable.
- Ability to inspire and empower teams to deliver outcomes effectively.
- Skilled in supporting development teams and maintaining momentum.
- Proven success delivering multiple project streams using Agile principles.
