Job Description

What you'll Do:

  • Proactively source and build a strong pipeline of qualified digital publisher leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.).
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies and messaging based on publisher size, monetization maturity, vertical, and traffic profile.
  • Educate prospects on Publift’s value proposition and how Fuse can optimize their ad revenue.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, leading the sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Publisher Success, Ad Ops, and Product) to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and regularly report on pipeline metrics and forecasted revenue.
  • Attend relevant industry events, virtual webinars, and networking opportunities to expand your reach and brand awareness.
  • Actively contribute to improving outbound processes, sales collateral, and messaging strategies.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital advertising, publisher monetization, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong lead generation skills, with demonstrated success using email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other outreach channels.
  • Ability to craft tailored outreach strategies based on client segmentation (e.g., traffic volume, monetization maturity, vertical).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and conduct product demos.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes, from discovery to signed agreement.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a disciplined approach to pipeline management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize outreach and messaging strategies.
  • Comfortable attending industry events and networking, with a proactive approach to brand building and lead generation.

The salary range for this role is between $85,000 - $95,000 including superannuation.
