The purpose of this role is to assist in the implementation and delivery of digital audience targeted programmatic media campaigns as well as deliver administration support to sales managers.

Job Description

What you'll do

This is your opportunity  as the Product Associate to assist in the development and management of our products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, sales, and ad-operations to ensure the successful launch and continuous improvement of our products.

  • Assist in gathering and defining product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and internal stakeholder input.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, functionality, and specification along with regular reports on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and engineering team to develop and refine product specifications, participating in the development of product roadmaps and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth product launch, assisting in the development of go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging. 
  • Assist in the development of product updates and enhancements based on performance data with the use of performance metrics to identify areas for improvement & gathering customer feedback and conduct usability testing to inform product enhancements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support issues related to the product.

Qualifications

What we are looking for?

A detail-oriented, proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional products to our customers.

  • Solid experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
  • Experience in product documentation using platforms such as confluence
  • Good understanding of agile methodology.
  • Exposure to or understanding of digital advertising eco-system (A bonus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Passion for technology and product development.
