Alongside our global campuses, we also collaborate with talented contractors and freelancers from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role we’re focusing on Jakarta so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.

This role is a 6 month engagement, working 20–30 hours per week, depending on campaign workload.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

As Brand Content Administrator, you'll be the connective tissue between creative production and publishing—ensuring branded assets for social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and agency-led work are uploaded, QA'd, named, and structured correctly across our systems and channels. You'll work closely with the regional creative and marketing teams to support campaign launches and keep the content pipeline running smoothly.

Canva's SEA creative team is producing branded content across social platforms and with third-party agencies and we need someone sharp and organised to help it all land correctly.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On

  • Uploading, QA-ing, and dispatching branded reative assets across social and paid channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google)
  • Ensuring accurate asset naming, metadata tagging, and organisation across content systems (CMS, Cloudinary, Iconik)
  • Archiving assets so they can be easily reused across always-on and seasonal brand campaigns
  • Coordinating with third-party agencies to ensure assets are delivered, reviewed, and published correctly
  • Partnering with creative and marketing teams to keep processes smooth, scalable, and well documented
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and create efficiencies in the dispatch process

  • You enjoy collaborating with others, working closely with marketers, designers, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • You’re comfortable learning new tools and systems, such as CMS platforms, asset libraries, paid social platforms, or project management tools like Monday.com.

About the team

The SEA Creative team creates and delivers creative for Southeast Asia across owned and paid channels. From always-on campaigns and creator collaborations to agency-led work, we help make sure our creative resonates locally, lands with impact, and feels true to Canva.

Behind the scenes, we orchestrate the systems and workflows that keep everything moving - from asset organisation to the platforms that help our creative scale across the region. Working closely with Regional Creative, Country Marketing, Social, PR, Brand Media, and trusted agency partners, we support Canva’s brand growth and campaign activation goals across SEA.
