  • Own the regional enablement calendar, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly Enablement rhythms.
  • Ensure consistent activation and training of global programs (onboarding, training, coaching) within your assigned region.
  • Adapt global playbooks and assets to regional nuances while maintaining scale and standardization.
  • Quickly execute regional training requests when new initiatives emerge with short runways.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with central Enablement teams and cross functional partners.
  • Work as “one team” to deliver consistent, high-quality enablement experiences globally.

Operations, Measurement & Insights

  • Gather and elevate field insights to inform regional needs and influence global priorities.
  • Apply standard measurement frameworks to capture signals and communicate program effectiveness.

Alignment, Prioritization & Governance

  • Ensure regional teams stay connected to global standards while adapting thoughtfully to local needs.
  • Prioritizing rigorously.

  • You've demonstrated a proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and partnering with Sales leadership.
  • You are fluent in modern sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDICC, Value Selling, etc.).
  • You have exceptional facilitation, communication, and storytelling abilities - both virtually and in-person.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and adapt flexibly in high-growth environments.
  • You love being embedded with Sales teams - their wins are your wins.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and always two steps ahead.
