Job Description: Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

Role Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the market positioning of Genpact’s core capabilities. This position sits at the critical intersection of product capabilities, industry verticals, sales teams, and technology partners. Your mission is to translate complex services and technical solutions into clear, compelling customer value propositions that resonate in a competitive landscape and empower our sales teams to win.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Positioning & Messaging
- Define and maintain clear value propositions and competitive differentiation for assigned capabilities.
- Bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer business outcomes to ensure a "solution-first" narrative.
- Tailor messaging for priority industries, developing specific use cases and solution narratives.
2. Sales Enablement & Support
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Sales Playbooks, messaging frameworks, and enablement toolkits.
- Support sales teams during active customer engagements by refining value-driven communication.
- Manage and own capability content within Highspot, ensuring all materials are structured, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
3. Partner & GTM Integration
- Collaborate with alliance teams to integrate partner technologies into Genpact offerings.
- Articulate joint value propositions that highlight the strength of our partner ecosystem.
- Provide strategic messaging input for marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and broader GTM initiatives.
4. Optimization & Feedback
- Partner with sales and solution teams to gather customer insights and identify messaging gaps.
- Analyze content usage and engagement metrics in Highspot to prioritize content development and improve adoption.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or GTM Strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a natural storyteller capable of simplifying the complex.
- Strategy: Proven track record of building robust positioning, value propositions, and sales narratives from the ground up.
- Collaboration: Strong experience working across cross-functional teams, specifically Sales, Product, and Alliance partners.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive and remain organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales Enablement Tools: Hands-on experience with Highspot (or similar platforms like Seismic or Showpad).
- CRM Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce to track campaign influence and sales activities.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within professional services or global technology consulting.
