Signature beauty was established in 2020 to expand B&S and is primarily focused on the beauty and cosmetics industry. It is an exclusive separate business unit with a passionate dedicated team of experienced - luxury brand building professionals. Through our global network and industry partners, we deliver innovative solutions for luxury beauty brands and build them with tailored strategies. We give meaning to brands and take them to the next level to disrupt the beauty industry in this way.

Reach your full potential as Sales Support

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will have a versatile job, combining administrative and commercial activities. This means that you coordinate the entire order process from A to Z. You advise customers, prepare quotations and make sure that the orders end up in the right place. In short, a very versatile job in which you monitor the order process! With your support, you contribute to the sale of our food service products and form the link between internal departments such as Purchasing and Logistics and our customers. The goal? To achieve the highest possible service level, with every customer, every order.

Relationship management? No problem. You are everybody's friend! You are the perfect point of contact, service-oriented, goal-oriented and proactive. You are the spider in the web, connecting all the loose ends. You perform better under pressure and deadlines. Bring on those responsibilities and challenges! You maintain an overview so that all orders always arrive at the right time and place. You know where your parcel is even better than DHL itself! In short, a real multitasker. In addition, you have a lot of enthusiasm and are a real go-getter.

You:

• have completed a post-secondary vocational collega (MBO 4 degree)
• have between 1-3 years of work experience in a commercial position
• are organisationally strong and accurate in administrative components
• have excellent communication skills
• are fluent in Dutch and English in word and writing

We offer you

• A salary ranging from €2,800 to €3,800 per month (based on full-time employment), commensurate with your experience, plus a performance-based bonus and an annual fixed Christmas bonus
• A lease car
• You'll join an ambitious team with an informal work atmosphere
• The most up-to-date hardware (such as a mobile phone and laptop) and a Signature Beauty trolley to support your work effectively
• You'll receive 25 vacation days per year with the option to buy 7 extra days annually. Additionally, for a year without sickness, you'll receive 2 extra days for the new year
