Job Description
BryceTech is seeking a Training and Experimentation SME to support a DoD client across a range of mission and client sets regarding CBRN and Force Protection capabilities. The employee will directly support the development of training design and development, experimentation planning and execution, and product support element integration. This position is supporting DoW Software Acquisition and Rapid Development programs utilizing current DOW best practices to include COTS, software pathway, agile development and human centric design.
Responsibilities:
- The contractor shall use and apply Department of Defense Instruction for Product Support and Acquisition processes and relate them to the client’s program.
- The contractor shall develop and implement training analyses, plans, designs, and activities for the programs
- Directly support the development of curriculum, along with technical media
- Support the integration product support elements into the program’s DEVSECOPS process and pipeline and the capability itself.
- Support the software design drafting and review of operator manuals, technical bulletins, and other related documentation.
- Support experimentation and test and evaluation events
- Scheduling, tracking and reporting of meetings and briefings
- Liaise between multiple stakeholders to coordinate meetings, activities, and events
- Participate and support execution of the events
- Support decomposition and analysis of requirements to support program design/engineering activities
- Advise and participate in cloud delivery plan and activities strategies for CBRN software systems
- Lead facilitation of meetings, table-top exercises, demonstrations, and other events
Qualifications
- Requires a minimum SECRET level clearance
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in supporting CBRN and/or logistic mission areas.
- Candidates should possess experience in conducting training of CBRN software systems to warfighters
- Candidates should possess experience in experimentation of CBRN software systems
- Candidate should possess a working knowledge of logistic and product support elements
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office with specific experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Candidate should be a superior writer, with the ability for critical thinking and clear communication
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to problem solve and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment
