Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to be a key player in supporting a high-impact Navy acquisition office. The selected candidate will work directly with top-tier program leadership and collaborate with large and diverse teams to shape the future of the Navy. Candidate will have the opportunity to lead, strategize, and make a real difference, and be at the heart of a critical mission – helping to innovate and drive success for the Navy’s acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead acquisition & management, by overseeing the acquisition process, schedule, performance and financials, ensuring successful outcomes at every stage.
- Drive strategic program initiatives, by planning, executing and maintaining program momentum, providing expert technical direction that aligns with program goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership, by working closely with Navy leadership and government contract representatives to proactively resolve challenges and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth program progression.
- Support growth and development, by championing the creation of policies, procedures, and training initiatives, empowering teams and setting them up for success.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business management or related field
- 12 years of experience supporting DoD R&D acquisition
- At least 3 recent years supporting DoD or component Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR)
- Experience across all SBIR phases and provide acquisition planning consistent with statuary requirements.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Familiarity with SBIR/STTR program policies, statutes, and regulations
- Familiarity with DoD instruction 5000.02
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to a wide range of audiences through multiple media
- Proven attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality, error free product
- Ability to lead in a dynamic environment.

A Secret Clearance is required.
This is a contingent hire position.
