Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Communications Integration Lead to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in providing strategic planning, project management, and communication skills. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Program Management Office (PMO). The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide oversight for a small team.
- Ensure open and continuous communication across different teams, facilitating efficient collaboration.
- Continuously track progress of initiatives and communicate updates across various teams.
- Enforce clear and concise roles and responsibilities across the organization.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned and consistent with programmatic and organization goals.
- Provide strategic insight and recommendations on process improvement to ensure timely deliverables.
- Coordinate communication products according to event dates, key milestones, and other important events.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks such as scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or overlapping deadlines.
- Improve integration efforts continuously to ensure the success and performance of the communications products.
- Use data-driven results and feedback to analyze and improve upon existing processes, products, and strategies.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication with key stakeholders, providing updates and progress reports.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships and create collaboration opportunities across the different teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event management, business administration, project management, hospitality management, marketing or communications or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in event management, program management, or integration roles.
- Preference Masters degree in, business administration (MBA), organizational management, strategic management or advanced event management.
- Experienced in leading large-scale events such as conferences and executive meetings.
- Strong experience in managing multi-phase projects, with several coordination factors.
- Familiar with full event lifecycle and can provide prost-event analyses and recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think critically and make decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Secret clearance required.
