Job Description

Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting tech minded candidates for our Management Training Program.

The Management Training Program is an 8-month rotational learning experience based primarily in our Edgewood, NY office commencing in June 2021. (The program is subject to being run virtually due to COVID-19) As a Management Trainee, you will gain business experience through a series of job rotations within the Investor Communication Solutions and Global Sales & Marketing business.

Your rotations may include, but are not limited to the following areas:

  • Client Services
  • Production Operations
  • Finance
  • Technology

At the completion of the Management Training Program, you will be placed in a Project Management role within the Service Delivery & Engineering team where you will immediately be able to apply your newly developed leadership and management skills.

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields
  • Create and maintain documentations, procedures and turnover document for the supporting product
  • Interest or experience in the following:
    • Automation: Any Scripting Language, Tools “Jenkins, Chef,  GIT and Terraform”  RPA (Robotic Process Automation),
    • Cloud (AWS, Azure),
    • Technology Platform like Container/Kubernetes Technology, Unix/Linux, Middleware like Apache
    • Industry Concepts like Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps
