Job Description

Broadridge is hiring! We are currently looking to hire our next Senior Business Systems Analyst, specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. This is a Full Time / Direct Hire role based out of our Newark, NJ location.

Ability to understand client’s current state process and perform analysis between ERP Cloud systems, client requirements to Identify problematic areas and recommend solutions to enhance processes, procedures and execute on selected enhancements/improvements. Good knowledge in Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management, PPM. Perform data analysis, mapping and transformation rules to convert and interface data. Experience in documenting the requirement documents, business process workflows, data requirements documents, technical documents and use cases using UOM Methodologies. Ability to Configure Oracle Financial applications in Cloud and setup BPM workflows. Configure and develop Cloud integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud PAAS. Participate in cross-project planning to resolve conflicts in project priorities, resourcing, schedule and scope. Demonstrate superb communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with all partners and Vendors. Manage functional issues and work effectively with Oracle Cloud Support. Lead and mentor junior team members; Educate team members and other colleagues on Oracle ERP Cloud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/IS/related subject area
  • 3 years of Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion Financial Modules required; AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management, PPM.
  • Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and recommend solutions that address expressed needs within the project
