Job Description

Broadridge is growing! We are looking for a Lead Technical Support Analyst to join our global team in Newark, NJ.  This is an exciting role that is an integral part of the team.

General Responsibilities:

  • Learn new product and service rolled out and support the same
  • Receive and resolve external client requests
  • Analyze and debug client issues
  • Propose corrective solutions
  • Manage clients and their expectations
  • Track issues and requirements for clients
  • Report status to clients and management on daily/weekly/month and yearly basis as needed
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Document program fixes and risk analysis
  • Learn and Support new projects and initiatives
  • Ability to do Root Cause Analysis of recurring issues
  • Follow up on action items as a result of an incident
  • Provide assistance to QA and UAT teams to run tests and verify results
  • Support Development team by doing preliminary analysis of enhancements and propose solutions
  • Monitor new enhancements and review test cases to make sure support issues are handled in design


  • 5-7 years in financial technology support role
  • Knowledge of AS400
  • Knowledge of SQL400
  • CL400 skills
  • RPG programming
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
