Job Description

We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect to join our growing team! You will report directly to our Director of E&W Sales Engineering. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales engineering & our customers, responsible for providing deeply insightful pre-sales assistance & technical acumen.

As a Solutions Architect your duties include:

  • Technical SME responsibility for leading complex Voice+ pre-sales engagement
  • Serving as an overlay in customer presentations & discovery, providing exemplary pre-sales technical expertise
  • Providing technical support during the sales process, including answering technical questions & developing proposals with sales engineering
  • Providing training sessions to Sales Engineering
  • Remaining up to date on product developments, industry trends & competitor offerings
  • Consultatively approaching customers to understand business challenges, clearly articulating Brightspeed’s voice solutions & offerings 

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • 8+ years of telecommunications experience supporting technical projects
  • A proven leader who has demonstrated an ability to drive technical projects
  • Enterprise telecommunications experience – supporting multiple customer segments
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies & design principles
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally while managing multiple large projects
  • Strategic & analytical skills capable of developing & leading a team
  • Customer-oriented with a strong track record of establishing trusted relationships

  • Experience programing & configuring Ring Central service
  • Program management of voice conversions
  • Ring Central certified provisioner
