What you’ll do
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a strong understanding of roles and responsibilities
Streamline and structure all job descriptions and manage all job postings
Manage / maintain recruitment systems such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Proactively source candidates via various online platforms and channels
Coordinate interview scheduling and track candidate progress and communication
Ensure timelines are met throughout interview process
Assist Talent Team with other key aspects of full-cycle recruitment and onboarding where applicable
What you’ll bring
Previous experience working within a similar role and environment
Stellar written and verbal communication skills; high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Warm, personable demeanor and the ability to represent Brainrider and our Talent Team to global candidates, clients and internal stakeholders
Familiarity with executing recruitment strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent
A creative, collaborative approach and the ability to think outside the box when seeking candidates
Knowledge of a variety of job boards and posting channels and ATS platforms
Advanced level Microsoft Office
