Job Description

Brainrider is looking for a skilled Designer (Growth Creative) who is organized, motivated and ready to join our fast-paced in-house client team supporting a technology-driven e-commerce site for retailer and customers.

As an experienced contractor you have the ability to hit the ground running, and quickly execute and enhance the brand atheistic and positioning of clients. You are a professional and understand the value you bring to the team; beautiful data driven design.

Our ideal candidate is curious about customers and passionate design solutions that drive customer growth and optimize engagement for a global audience.  In this role, you will both design and test; using A/B testing and data to inform creative designs for paid social ads. You understand the power of iterating on designs to gain efficiencies and are able to do so with flexibility and high-speed execution.  The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment motivates and inspires you.

Portfolio and/or link to current work examples is required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly iterate on design solutions using appropriate tools and testing
  • Set-up and optimize campaigns across channels potentially including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
  • Have interest in the data; translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into creative ideas and informed design decisions
  • Work with our partner agency to transition campaigns in-house
  • Conduct marketing experiments and AB tests on an ongoing basis
  • Work with the creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and formats
  • Build static assets as required
  • Ability to build and refine design work for social advertising channels
  • Properly hand off design work and assets to development team

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS/BFA or equivalent industry experience
  • Previous experience at a technology company or digital agency, with a focus on data driven design or experience in UX & UI responsibilities
  • Proven experience with Paid Social advertising 
  • Able to produce quality design concepts quickly based on both qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Proficiency in user-centered design thinking methodologies, knowledge of accessibility and internationalization
  • Proficient with Sketch, Invision, Abstract, and knowledgeable about HTML, CSS.
  • Portfolio showcasing examples of design work, preferably Growth related

Additional Information

Due to COVID-19 Guidelines, this role is 100% remote until further notice. 

This position may also include embedded projects, working for Brainrider but dedicated to one of our client's offices, for a specified timeframe. We call it the "Flex Model" you can learn more about it at brainrider.com.
