As the Marketing Director, you will join, lead, and grow our existing marketing team. Your experience as a B2B marketer has included successes and failures with a range of brand marketing, content marketing, and demand generation responsibilities.
You have a deep understanding of how to deploy a marketing team and budget to drive a full spectrum of marketing impact results including increased brand awareness, audience growth and engagement, a healthy revenue pipeline, and customer retention.
Some of your favorite things include benchmarking reports, processes that scale efficiently, experimental tactics, new content formats and marketing channels, collaborating over video chat, and celebrating your team’s success and learning.
What you’ll do
Lead all aspects of Brainrider’s B2B marketing including brand, PR, communications, demand generation, and customer marketing
Lead and grow your marketing team with the expectation they will eventually replace you
Build a marketing services brand that marketers love to work with and work for
Build a marketing and sales pipeline to support the company’s continued growth
Build and nurture collaborative relationships with our Client Service team, Studio team, and Operations team
Set and deliver on marketing objectives and key results that contribute to company growth and success
Report regularly to senior leadership on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Build scale in the marketing function by developing and iterating on templates processes, and roles
What you’ll bring
Innovative approach to testing, learning, and continuous improvement
Passionate about B2B marketing
Preference for and experience in a high growth B2B tech or Saas company
Proven experience directly managing a B2B marketing team
Concrete examples of both successful and unsuccessful brand and demand generation marketing programs you have planned and executed
Experience setting and managing annual marketing budgets
Experience setting and reporting on team and individual objectives and key metrics
High level of aptitude using current marketing technologies including marketing automation, CRM, CMS, ABM, ad platforms, SMM tools, like Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics
