Job Description
- Providing support to the Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager, helping articulate and present effective requirement proposals within a project or initiative
- Facing off to one or more business areas and understanding high level requirements
- Eliciting, validating and documenting business requirements in either Business Requirement Documents or user/feature stories
- Participating in the design process co-ordinated by the programme management team, from design approval to functional design completion
- Owning the delivery of the work assigned and drive it to successful completion
- Supporting development of the test strategy, plan and test cases working in conjunction with the business, testing and development teams
Qualifications
- In depth experience preparing and issuing a range of key business analysis deliverables
- Experience supporting the end-to-end testing cycle within a change initiative
- Exposure to working in medium to large scale change initiatives
- Good communication with a wide array of people and good experience of stakeholder management
Additional Information
Skills That Will Help You In The Role
- Business Analysis Accreditation(s) would be beneficial
- Experience of working with Risk, Finance and Treasury functions would be advantageous
- Basic knowledge of the main asset classes and associated trade and instrument attributes
- Exposure to regulatory reporting systems
