Job Description
The Facilities Engineer II is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. We’re seeking a hands-on, reliable Facilities Engineer to support routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs.
The Facilities Engineer II will:
- Perform routine inspections of building systems and equipment
- Complete basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders
- Identify and report safety issues or repair needs
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
- Help with facility setups, moves, and general upkeep
Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess knowledge of necessary equipment and the appropriate safety
standards.
• Must be able to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout shift. Must be able to stoop, kneel,
bend, crouch, and work in confined areas.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses
