Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers. You will assist the District Manager in various operational and managerial responsibilities, while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in the fashion industry.

  • In-Store Stylist:
    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving queries, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment; 
    • Complete all transactions at the cash;
    • Ensure the daily restock of the store;
    • Execute different daily tasks of storage and maintenance. 
       
  • Operational assistance in the store:
    • Be the resource person in the store; 
    • Organize the zoning and break schedule;
    • Supervise the accomplishment of daily, weekly and monthly tasks;
    • Train and develop a team of Stylist, guiding them in meeting sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.;
    • Supervise and evaluate employee performance and provide effective and timely solutions to specific problems;
    • Supervise the overall customer experience in the store and provide guidance when necessary; 
    • Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring efficient resolution and customer satisfaction; 
    • Support the District Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing effective strategies to enhance store performance; 
    • Work closely with employees and managers to ensure open communication and a consistent workflow within the store; 
    • Any other related duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous retail experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a supervisory role;
  • Strong understanding of fashion industry trends, style and customer demandes;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and team membres
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; 
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of French and English (written and spoken);
