Job Description

The Order management agent is responsible for picking and preparing orders with precision and care in order to satisfy customers requests.

  • Print the pickings lists;
  • Scan invoices to collect items from the location indicated;
  • Put the items in boxes according to the order volume;
  • Print the tags and make sure you out them in the correct order;
  • Consult the tracking of order changes and make the necessary changes if needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Knowledge on Finale Inventory an asset;
  • Excellent ability to manage priorities;
  • Great ability to work independently;
  • Good sense of organization.
