Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, with offices and plants in Selangor and Penang. In Malaysia, Bosch is shaping and innovating the industry in all of it’s four business sectors - Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology.

Main Responsibility:

• Implement a holistic PT Strategic initiatives in the country toward retail partners in close cooperation with all HUB marketing functions and Sale.

• Contribute to the steering of commercial targets (FC, TGS, margin, etc)

• Optimization of product mix (standard, campaigns, promotion) within the country.

• Manage PROMO share and execute PROMO strategy (Price or Bundle Pack) and integrate it holistically in the user journey.

Key Activities:

• Gains and provides user & market insights to the BO, SA and MK organization.
• Lead and execute activities for the trade marketing touchpoints: POS, instore communication, print, events, e-dealer.
• Lauch management MPE proofread, local SAP Master Data maintenance/pricing, steering new product presentation.
• Demand, volume, consolidation and contribution to S&OP sessions.
• Responsible for the brand protection.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales.
• Experience in retail activation, promotions, and go-to-market execution.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and fluent in English communication.
