Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily checks and inspections of water supply and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Assist with monitoring facilities and utility systems, including air compressors, boilers, cooling towers, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical systems, and fire protection systems.
  • Support preventive maintenance and basic repair activities under the supervision of the Facilities team.
  • Assist with spare-parts checking and inventory records.
  • Support 5S activities in facilities and utility areas.
  • Prepare daily reports and promptly report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
  • Assist with building and infrastructure maintenance activities.
  • Support energy conservation and facilities improvement projects.
  • Coordinate and work effectively with team members and relevant departments.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying for a Diploma, Higher Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, facilities, utilities, or wastewater treatment systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a plant environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.
  • Basic English and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Available for the internship period required by the university.
