Job Description
1. Lead division/internal LOG improvement projects.
2. Coordinate and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots for routine operation tasks by using tools such as Automation Anywhere and Catalytic.
3. Responsible for RPA competency coaching/sharing in department/plant level.
4. Adhere automation standard guidelines by working with central support team regularly.
5. Participate in cross functional plant strategy setting by working closely with other Industry 4.0 stakeholders.
6. Explore and implement emerging data mining tools such as Celonis, PowerBI in assisting operation analysis tasks.
7. Design and deploy new SAP Business Intelligent report with knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL).
8. Oversee and apply new automation tool by participating in training or workshop.
9. Support SAP error troubleshooting enquiry from end user and data cleansing activities in regular basis.
10. Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g. Supplier Kanban, Production Kanban, Leveling and EPEI for continuous improvement.
11. Initiate functional meeting for knowledge sharing and project status update with PDCA timeline.
12. Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.
13. Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
